The role

This is a full-time position starting in Q1 2026. You can work hybrid or on-site in Jakobstad. As a Financial Advisor you will work closely with our accounting specialists and clients’ leadership teams to provide high-level financial strategy and decision support. You will help clients make sense of their numbers, plan for growth, manage risk and translate financial insight into action.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise CEOs and management teams on financial strategy and key decisions
• Support clients’ financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Translate financial performance into clear insights that support growth, profitability and operational decisions
• Design and develop financial reporting tailored to each client’s needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect accounting, reporting and strategic advisory

What we look for

We are seeking a strategic thinker with both financial and business experience. Some of the things we like to see:

• Relevant education in accounting, finance or a related field
• Several years of experience in finance, consulting or a related role, including client-facing work
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and Swedish. Other languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Curiosity, initiative and a broad interest in business, combined with a desire to keep learning
